

About Me
Hi! I’m Taylor (she/her). I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families, and I’m particularly passionate about supporting parents weathering the unique storms that present while raising a Neurodivergent child. My knowledge base includes Autism, ADHD, AuDHD and PDA profiles. I strive to ensure my clients feel seen, heard, and accepted and to empower them to discover their capacity to lean on their own strengths to overcome obstacles on their life journey.

Experience and Certifications

Before reconnecting with my passion for psychology and helping others, I went to business school and worked as a statistical analyst. So, my career path has taken quite a circuitous route! I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Brandman University in 2018 and then took some time away to raise my two wonderful, Neurodivergent sons. During that time, I found parenting to be a beautiful and complex journey, as I quickly realized this felt different than what I expected. Harder in many ways; more expansive in others.

As I learned more about Neurodiversity and the importance of knowing and loving my children for the unique humans that they are, I’ve worked hard to unlearn many of my own beliefs about parenting. through that process, I have been able to reset my expectations of myself and my children and lean into what is rather than what I (or others) think “should” be. Both my professional and personal journeys have given me much perspective, patience, empathy and compassion for both myself and for those going down divergent paths. Professionally, I subscribe to a relational, trauma informed, and strengths-based approach and have spent time working with all ages,
My mission is to offer compassionate and effective individual, couple and family coaching and support services. I believe in the power of connection and strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families to heal and grow. I am committed to offering virtual coaching using a strengths-based approach, tailoring my services to meet the unique needs of each client. Parenting
Parenting can be one of life's greatest challenges. Through supportive psychotherapy, I help parents manage the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with raising kids. I strive to provide a supportive environment where you can better understand your feelings, behaviors, and communication patterns. Using a strengths-based, client-centered and relational approach, I strive to help you and your child/children navigate the challenges of parenthood while ensuring that your unique needs and goals are met.
Relationships
Are you feeling unhappy or disconnected from your relationships? Do you struggle to communicate with your partner or family members? I provide therapeutic services that can help you improve the way you interact with those around you. We'll work together to build trust, establish clear communication, and strengthen emotional bonds. Navigating family dynamics can be challenging, and I'm here to help support you and your loved ones. I work closely with individuals, couples, and families to help repair any issues within the system and develop healthy communication, boundaries, and a strong sense of individuality within the family unit. Anxiety
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with anxiety. I believe that anxiety is a normal and natural response to stress and our bodies telling us that something needs our attention. However, I also understand that anxiety can become overwhelming and impact everyday life. That's why I take a strengths-based and affirming approach to therapy, helping individuals learn tools and skills to manage anxiety and lead a more peaceful life. Trauma
